The site
The existing buildings at Martinbridge Industrial Estate include a mix of industrial, storage and distribution businesses. Some of the units are empty. Overall, the industrial estate is outdated and at the end of its useful life.
Goodman acquired the site in 2021 and is in the early stages of preparing a proposal for modernisation and redevelopment.
